The initial consultation is an extremely important open and honest discussion, to get to know one another to ensure we’re comfortable working together, and most importantly to discuss your health history and fitness goals. It’s also an opportunity to ask any questions you might have about me and what to expect if we decide to work together.
I offer flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You can join me at my home gym, or I can come to your home if that is your preference. We can also arrange virtual workout sessions if more convenient for you, although if possible I would prefer that at least the first session be in person to conduct appropriate baseline testing, assessments and focus on form.
My workouts are typically booked for 1 hour. I love what I do, and am very focused on your success, so if we are having a great session I am always willing to stay longer than planned. To that end, I never book back to back sessions to ensure that we don’t need to cut things off to get to my next client.
Based on our consultation and assessments, I create a tailored program that evolves as you progress. My programs are always designed with your long term goals in mind, so we will modify and adjust as we go. If there are physical limitations, we will find appropriate exercises to avoid injuries and still get the results. We will work hard, and we’ll have fun doing it.
